Happy New Year! Wishing all of us a healthy, prosperous, and joyful new year! Looking back at 2020 on a positive side, when bakeries were shut down due to the pandemic, I decided to learn how to bake myself with the goal of making Liana’s first birthday cake. After months of trials and errors and practice, my mission was accomplished! What new skill or hobby have you acquired in the past year? For 2021, I hope that we can get to travel with the vaccine on the horizon and return back to somewhat a normal life. Where would you travel if countries are opening back up and safe to do so? I would love to do Greek island hopping, explore the Italian Dolomites when the wildflowers are in bloom, and Japan & Southeast Asia foodie tour!
